For wholesalers, getting appointed with At-Bay is easy. You can start the process by filling out our 1-page agency questionnaire.

After that, our team will reach out with a draft contract, and possibly some addtional questions. You'll eventually need to provide the following two pieces of information: 

  1. A copy of your surplus lines license in your state of domicile
  2. Proof that your organization carries E&O insurance with limits of at least $5M in liability
